1.	Print our price list (PDF)

2.	Choose the number of copies of the book you wish to purchase.  The more copies you order, the deeper the discount.

3.	Send your order with 50% down payment to the address below.  Also alert us via e-mail so we can start assembling your order.  We will bill you for the balance once the order is received by you.

4.	It is always cheaper to order higher numbers of copies rather than multiple units of a particular package (e.g., it is cheaper to order the 6 copies package rather than 2 units of the 3 copies package).

5.	For all orders, we pay shipping by USPS (United States Postal Service) Media Mail.
